These 14" air-fill balloons have a self-sealing valve.
Each package includes a straw for inflating the balloon.
Air-fill only. This balloon will not float when inflated with helium.
TIP:
You can use the straw to fill up the balloon, but the use of a hand pump is recommended

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD - Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
