FREE SHIPPING ORDERS OVER $99 (US AND CANADA)

We provide a tracking # via email with all the orders. Once the order leaves our building, it is your responsibility to track your order.

Order/Shipping Information

  • GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

    All orders are shipped within one business day and subject to product availability.

    Estimated delivery time is provided at checkout after entering your address.

    We ship from British Columbia, Canada and we provide a tracking #.
    When an order ships, a tracking number will be emailed.

    You may provide specific delivery instructions at checkout in the comment section.

    Sales tax is charged according to the state, province, or territory to which the package is being shipped.

    We ship to Canada and US.
    We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO boxes.

    The estimated delivery days may vary from what is shown on the Checkout page due to courier shipping practices, holidays, delivery location, weather, the item(s) ordered, etc.

    Business days displayed with your selected shipping method are in effect the business day after the package is picked up the the courier.

Shipping or Local delivery

  • We offer local delivery for the cities of Metro Vancouver area
    Orders received by 11am will be delivered the same day.
    Rates are shown at checkout.
  • We do not offer pick up, however, we offer Free Shipping on orders over $99

FREE SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $99CAD *

We provide a tracking # with all orders (express and ground).

*Some remote locations are excluded from free shipping.
Remote locations are postal codes that are difficult to serve.
Orders with balloon weights or with liquids as HiFloat or HiShine, may not qualify for free shipping.
At checkout, we will display a message if your location do not qualify for free shipping.

Items are shipped via Purolator, FedEx, UPS or USPS. The buyer is responsible to provide an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment once a package departs our building. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.
